Product Introduction
Geomat equipment, also known as random filament geomat or plastic drainage sheet production line, uses HDPE polyethylene granules as raw material. It melts and extrudes multiple strands of plastic filaments at high temperature, and then heat-melts and bonds them together in a disordered and interwoven manner to form a three-dimensional random filament geomat with a thickness of 4mm to 50mm. It can be equipped with an upper and lower synchronous thermal composite non-woven fabric unit to produce composite geomats. The entire process is a continuous extrusion, cooling and shaping, traction, edge cutting and winding integrated production.
Technical Parameters
The geomat production line consists of a single-screw extruder, a three-dimensional random yarn die, a cooling and shaping system, a traction machine, a composite device, and an automatic winding unit. The extruder commonly uses a screw diameter of Φ90–150mm and an aspect ratio of 30–33, and is compatible with HDPE/PP/PA6 raw materials, with a capacity of 150–350kg/h. The equipment can produce geomats with a width of 2–4m and a thickness of 5–20mm, and supports integrated thermal lamination with geotextile. The whole machine features frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic tension control, stable operation, and regular forming.
Application Scope
It is widely used in river ecological slope protection, mountain slope restoration, sponge city greening, and soil and water conservation in garden landscapes. It can also be used in roadbed drainage, tunnel seepage prevention and drainage, landfill isolation and drainage, municipal greening and artificial lake seepage prevention and protection projects.
