It is a narrow-width buried net (200–600 mm) with an in-mould embedded stainless steel tracer wire and heat-laminated warning film, used to mark underground pipes and cables so excavation work can detect and avoid them.
MBBR fillers are HDPE suspended bio-carriers for moving-bed biofilm reactors. By changing molds the line produces cylindrical, plum-shaped and multi-hole fillers for municipal sewage plants, industrial wastewater, aquaculture tail water and black-odorous river treatment.
2D geonet is a flat net core for plane drainage; 3D geonet has a three-rib structure that provides higher compression strength and larger drainage capacity, suitable for heavy loads and long-distance drainage in landfills, tunnels and subgrade projects.
Yes. The geonet line runs on virgin or recycled HDPE, and the diamond net tube line accepts PE regrind. Screen changers filter impurities and optional melt pumps keep pressure stable; for the highest mechanical performance we recommend virgin material.
Solid sheet (Polycarbonate solid sheet) is 1–20 mm thick, highly transparent and impact-resistant, for skylights and sound barriers; hollow sheet has double/triple/multi-wall or honeycomb structure, standard width 2100 mm, thickness 4–25 mm — lighter with better insulation for greenhouses and canopies.
No glue at all. The molten net core is thermally bonded with the non-woven geotextile while still hot — a glue-free thermal bonding process that gives a strong, durable bond without adhesive aging or pollution.
