Spiral Protective Sleeve

This production line produces spiral wound protective sleeves, primarily used for bundling and protecting cables and hoses in motors, generators, transformers, electronic equipment, wire harnesses, and in the automotive and aerospace industries. The production process involves automatic feeding → extrusion molding → shaping and cooling → traction → winding. The entire production line is dedicated to the production of plastic spiral protective sleeves and hose protective sleeves. It is equipped with an SJ-45/28 single-screw extruder and die, a rotational molding machine, a traction device, a circulating water cooling tank, a meter counter, and a winding machine. The machine has a compact structure and excellent performance. The screw and barrel are manufactured using optimized design of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, ensuring uniform plasticization, stable output, high capacity, and long service life. The extruder is equipped with a cast aluminum heating and air cooling system and a precision electronic temperature controller.
