Product Introduction
This complete extrusion production line is a specialized automated equipment that uses EVA and LLDPE as raw materials to continuously form spiral reinforced flexible corrugated pipes in one step. It is simultaneously adapted to the mass production of two types of products: household vacuum cleaner hoses and swimming pool sewage suction hoses. By changing the mold, different pipe diameters and two-color/single-color pipe production can be switched. The entire line is PLC-linked for speed regulation, with a high degree of automation and fast forming speed.
