TPU Steel Wire Expansion Tube

The TPU steel wire telescopic hose extrusion production line is a complete set of automated equipment specifically designed for copper-plated steel wire spiral-reinforced polyurethane flexible corrugated hoses. It is compatible with polyester/polyether TPU raw materials and produces one-piece molded high-strength, wear-resistant air ducts and dust extraction hoses with embedded steel wire. By changing the mold, it can produce pipes of all specifications with an inner diameter of 25–500mm. The entire line is PLC synchronously linked and can mass-produce transparent, wear-resistant, anti-static, and food-grade TPU steel wire telescopic hoses.
