MBBR Biological Packing Material

The MBBR biological filler extrusion production line is a complete set of extrusion equipment specifically designed for high-density polyethylene suspended biological carriers. It adopts a single-screw extrusion + dedicated die shaping and water-cooled cutting integrated process, and is specially designed to produce MBBR hollow biological fillers for fluidized bed wastewater treatment. By changing the die, it can produce suspended fillers of various specifications such as cylindrical, plum blossom-shaped, and porous hollow shapes. The entire line is PLC-linked automated continuous production, suitable for the large-scale manufacturing of fillers for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, and aquaculture tailwater treatment.
