Product Introduction
The complete PC sun sheet production line uses polycarbonate (PC) particles as raw material. It integrates single-screw extrusion, multi-layer co-extrusion die, shaping and cooling, traction, online coating, fixed-length cutting, and material collection for continuous production. It can produce double-layer, triple-layer, quadruple-layer, and honeycomb PC hollow sun sheets. It can also be equipped with molds to produce solid PC endurance sheets. The products are light-transmitting, impact-resistant, and weather-resistant, and are widely used in lighting, construction, agriculture, and other fields.

Application Scope
It is mainly used for carports and awnings, roofs for courtyards and terraces in residential areas, skylights for factories, connecting corridors, pedestrian overpasses, bus stops, greenhouses, seedling sheds in flower rooms, atrium lighting in shopping malls, sunshades for swimming pools, temporary skylights for construction sites, and skylights for steel structure roofs. It can also be used as sound barriers, skylights, and agricultural and livestock insulation sheds.
