PC Endurance Board

The PC solid sheet extrusion production line is a complete set of specialized equipment for producing solid polycarbonate translucent sheets. It adopts a single-layer or three-layer co-extrusion process and can produce solid PC solid sheets with a thickness of 1–20mm. The sheets have a flat and highly transparent surface. The entire line is synchronized with PLC and equipped with a deep dehumidification system to solve the problem of PC hydrolysis. It is suitable for the mass production of sheets for sunrooms, factory lighting, sound barriers and other applications.
