PP Hollow Board Packaging Box

This complete extrusion equipment for PP hollow core sheets (plastic hollow sheets) uses modified PP particles and recycled PP as raw materials. It employs single/double layer co-extrusion with a dedicated hollow mesh die to form double-layer hollow sheets with central connecting ribs in one step. By changing the die, it can produce 2–12mm standard hollow sheets with widths covering 1200–2400mm. The entire line is PLC-synchronized and linked for automated continuous mass production. It is widely used in packaging, warehousing, advertising, and electronic protective sheet production.
