Hard permeable pipe equipment, also known as curved mesh PE hard permeable pipe unit or Yashan mesh permeable pipe production line, specializes in continuous extrusion production of HDPE curved mesh hard permeable pipes (plastic blind ditch drainage pipes). The pipe is integrated to form a concave convex curved permeable structure, with the upper half densely covered with permeable holes and the lower half sealed for water transmission
Product Introduction
The rigid permeable pipe equipment is specially designed for HDPE corrugated mesh rigid permeable pipes. It adopts extrusion and three-dimensional winding hot melt molding process to produce three-dimensional mesh porous permeable pipes in one go. It is equipped with an online geotextile wrapping device, and bare pipes and geotextile-wrapped finished products can be produced simultaneously. The entire machine is controlled by PLC for speed and temperature linkage. By changing the mold, it can produce φ50～300mm round rigid permeable pipes.
