The new spring vacuum cleaner hose extrusion production line mainly produces plastic reinforced spiral vacuum cleaner hoses which are used to match household vacuum cleaners and industrial vacuum equipment with telescopic spring hoses. Adopting a new process of dual machine co extrusion continuous spiral wrapping, the soft pipe wall is fused with the hard spiral rib, distinguishing it from the old single machine process; The finished product is resistant to negative pressure, bending, not easy to collapse, and has flexible expansion and contraction.
Product Introduction
This complete new spiral spring telescopic vacuum cleaner hose production line adopts a steel wire synchronous spiral coating integrated molding process, using EVA/PE/PVC as raw materials, to continuously produce vacuum cleaner corrugated hoses with built-in elastic steel wire skeletons and large-scale telescopic rebound. The equipment can produce ordinary, anti-static, high-temperature resistant, and two-color telescopic hoses. All finished products are compatible with various vacuuming, ventilation, and dust removal equipment, making it a dedicated production equipment for hoses in the cleaning, woodworking, automotive, aquaculture, and swimming pool industries.
Technical Parameters
The new spring telescopic vacuum cleaner hose production line is compatible with PVC, PE, and EVA raw materials. It uses a 55/65 screw and produces hoses with a diameter of 25–50mm. The line features online spiral forming, frequency conversion traction, and automatic fixed-length cutting. The total power of the machine is 75–110KW, and it can continuously produce telescopic vacuum cleaner hoses with steel wire.
